Job DescriptionParts Interpreter – SaddleworthAn exciting opportunity exists for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Parts Interpreter to join our dedicated team at our Saddleworth Branch.Reporting directly to the Parts Manager, your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:Responsibilities:Counter and phone sales across the complete Vater Machinery product rangeOrdering, processing and dispatching sales transactionsProviding support (parts interpreting) to our service techniciansStock and maintain showroom merchandise ensuring visibility in clean orderly displaysAssist in maintaining inventory levelsAssist with in / out bound freightParticipate in continuous rolling stocktakes and general inventory monitoringGeneral administration and accuracy in customer supportQualifications & Experience:Experience in automotive/farm machinery parts interpreting preferred and/or an apprenticeship will be considered for the right candidate.Proven technical interpretation skillsExceptional customer service & communication skillsProven robust organisational and decision-making skillsThe ability to work within a team environmentThe ability to multitask and to work with minimum supervisionComputer literacy with experience in MS Word and ExcelHold a current driver's licence (essential)Hold a current nationally accredited LF (Forklift) licence (desirable)Vater Machinery is dedicated to employee recognition and continued learning and development.
