Working across our café and casual dining operations, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality food with consistency, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook breakfast, lunch, and café menu items to a high standardMaintain food quality, presentation, and portion controlFollow food safety, hygiene, and WHS proceduresAssist with stock rotation, prep, and kitchen organisationWork collaboratively with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams
