Naturally beautiful results.Mode Plastic Surgery is a boutique specialist plastic surgery practice led by Dr Shagun Aggarwal, providing a comprehensive range of cosmetic and reconstructive surgical procedures in a personalised, patient-focused environment.As we expand our non-surgical offering through Mode Aesthetics, we are seeking an experienced and confident Cosmetic Nurse Injector on a part-time or casual basis, initially 1–2 days per week, with the potential to increase hours as the business develops.

depending on experience and competencyConsultation & Patient CareConducting comprehensive facial assessments and consultationsDeveloping individualised treatment plans that prioritise facial harmony and natural-looking outcomesProviding clear patient education, informed consent, pre- and post-treatment care and appropriate follow-upConducting treatment reviews and maintaining ongoing patient relationshipsRecommending appropriate cosmeceutical skincare and supporting long-term skin healthClinical Excellence & Practice GrowthMaintaining accurate clinical documentation and meeting applicable clinical, regulatory and compliance requirementsBuilding strong patient relationships and supporting patient retention through excellent careCollaborating with the wider team to deliver a seamless, premium patient experienceContributing to appropriate marketing and social media initiativesSupporting the sustainable growth of the aesthetics business through ethical, clinically appropriate treatment recommendationsAbout YouYou are an experienced cosmetic injector who combines technical confidence with an exceptional eye for facial aesthetics.You understand that beautiful results require more than knowing where to inject.
They require careful assessment, an understanding of facial proportions, sound clinical judgement and the ability to establish rapport with a patient to they partake in the treatment plan suggested.Ideally, you will have:Current AHPRA registration as a Registered NurseAt least 2–3 years of nursing experience, ideally including substantial cosmetic injecting experienceDemonstrable experience in anti-wrinkle treatments and dermal fillersConfidence working independently within your training, competence and professional scopeA solid understanding of facial anatomy, facial assessment and aesthetic treatment planningAn appreciation for facial balance, proportion and natural-looking outcomesExperience with additional aesthetic modalities, such as biostimulators, skin boosters, PRP,



PDO threads and laser treatmentsExcellent communication skills and a polished, professional approach to patient careStrong organisational skills, initiative and the ability to work both independently and collaborativelyA genuine interest in developing long-term patient relationships and contributing to the growth of a premium aesthetics practiceExperience working within a specialist medical, surgical or plastic surgery environment would be highly regarded.Please note: This position is suited to an established injector who can confidently undertake consultations and treatments independently.
