You'll work closely with the operations team, drivers and customers to make sure every trip runs smoothly.Key responsibilitiesPreparing and sending charter quotesManaging charter bookings, including final details checks and booking amendmentsBooking tours, taking payments and keeping customers informedHandling operational administration: lost property enquiries, complaints and compliments, driver and customer communication, and general adminAnswering general enquiries by phone and emailAbout youExperience in travel, tours, or bus and coach operationsOrganised,
