This is a practical, outdoors-focused role suited to someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys variety in their day.Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral gardening, lawn mowing and outdoor maintenanceBasic repairs and general property upkeepExternal cleaning and presentation of village groundsSupporting a safe and well-maintained environment for residentsLiaising with contractors as directed by the Maintenance SupervisorFollowing WHS policies, procedures and safe work practicesRespectful and professional interaction with residents and visitorsAttending required training and team meetingsAbout YouWe're looking for someone who is:Reliable,
