Here's what your day-to-day will look like:Maintain residential lawns and gardensTrain new staff on proper horticulture techniques, equipment operation, & safety proceduresFollow safety protocols & procedures to maintain a safe working environmentEffectively communicate with existing and prospective clientsFoster a positive working environment & facilitate effective internal communicationEnsure a high quality finish within the timeline allocationsWe are looking for someone who:Minimum 5 years experience in similar role of gardening including industry best practices, problem-solving skills, & knowledge of OH&S; practisesCertificate III Horticulture is highly regardedExcellent communication & interpersonal abilities & time management skillsIn-depth knowledge of horticulture techniques, including the ability to correctly use a range of tools & equipment including lawn mower, whipper snipper, hedge trimmer, pole saw and chainsaw.Positive 'can do' attitude, strong work ethic, & a collaborative team spiritThe ability to identify possible issues before they arise, & provide solutionsContinuous improvement of operating processes to ensure quality & efficiency in operationsStrong attention to detail & passionate about the industryThe PrecisionGardening Solutions team would like to thank all applicants applying; only those considered for further discussion will be contacted for an interview & discuss a trial date.
