We're looking for a detail-oriented Fleet Scheduling Coordinator to join our national fleet operations team on a casual basis.
In this role, you'll help coordinate vehicle movements across Australia, organise relocation drivers, and ensure our RV fleet is in the right place at the right time to support customer bookings and branch operations.

What You'll Do
Scheduling
Coordinate vehicle movements across AustraliaPosition vehicles strategically using data and operational insightsIdentify and load vehicle relocations into MotekPromote relocation opportunities to reservations and sales teamsAssist with upgrade and downgrade decisionsArrange transport, drivers, ferries, accommodation and flights
Asset & Maintenance Support
Track delivery updates and maintain scheduling accuracyUpdate vehicle availability and lifecycle changesFollow up workflows and escalat(e) where requiredSupport relocations, geofencing, stocktakes and daily scheduling activities
Administration
Process invoices in D365Reconcile fuel cardsAction driver paymentsMaintain special request logsComplete reporting and administrative tasks as required
Customer & Branch Support




Assist branches with scheduling and vehicle availability queriesMaintain accurate data within MotekSupport walk-up bookings where possibleCommunicate booking impacts to reservations teamsManage no-shows and escalat(e) incidents appropriately
What You'll Bring
Essential
Current open driver's licenceStrong communication and organisational skillsConfidence using Microsoft Excel, Word and OutlookAbility to work flexible hours, including some weekends and public holidaysStrong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Desirable
Logistics, transport or business qualificationsExperience in fleet, rental, tourism or logistics environmentsKnowledge of Motek and/or D365
