We're seeking an experienced and organised Marketing Coordinator to join a well-established organisation for an initial four-week temporary assignment, with the possibility of extension.Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you'll support the Industrial Division with a broad range of marketing activities.
This is an ideal opportunity for a capable marketing all‐rounder who enjoys coordinating multiple requests, working with internal stakeholders and keeping projects moving.Key responsibilitiesSupporting the coordination and delivery of events for the Industrial DivisionManaging marketing requests from internal stakeholdersCoordinating marketing collateral and promotional materialsPreparing clear and detailed briefs for the graphic designerCompleting website updates or coordinating changes with the relevant teamTracking deadlines,



approvals and outstanding requestsProviding general marketing and administrative support to the divisionAssisting the Marketing Manager with additional projects as required22nd September, ****About youPrevious experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Assistant or in a similar broad marketing roleStrong organisational and project coordination skillsConfidence liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliersExperience preparing creative or graphic design briefsExcellent written communication and attention to detailThe ability to manage competing priorities and work with minimal supervisionExperience coordinating events, collateral or website contentThis temporary role is based in Moorabbin, with hybrid working available.
