The Role
Manage a portfolio of residential and mixed use strata schemes, approximately 800 lots across 60 buildingsPrepare for and chair AGMs and strata committee meetingsManage budgets, levies and financial reporting with the accounts teamCoordinate repairs, maintenance, insurance claims and contractorsEnsure compliance with the Strata Schemes Management Act and relevant legislationBuild strong, lasting relationships with owners, committees and stakeholders
What You Bring
Minimum Class 2 Strata Licence (essential)Proven experience managing a strata portfolioExperience with residential and mixed use schemes highly regardedSound knowledge of strata legislation and compliance requirementsStrong communication skills and confidence running meetingsExcellent organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities
