Rosters, financials, standards, team development, and the guest experience from door to door.
You will know the guests by name, and be a key part in connecting with the Bulimba community.This is very much a hands-on, in-service role.
There will be allocated admin time in your roster, but you will also have the support of the wider group to ensure you are not taken out of service for menial tasks.What You'll Be DoingLeading service and being visible on the floorSupporting,



training and developing the front-of-house teamCreating a workplace where people feel respected and clear on expectationsRunning shifts - pace, priorities, and keeping the room under controlRosters, labour and staffing in line with tradeHandling guest feedback calmly and sensiblyPOS, cash handling and daily reportingWorking closely with the kitchen to keep service flowingKeeping the venue clean, organised and consistent with our standardsMeeting RSA, WHS and licensing requirementsWhat We're Looking ForExperience in a busy, polished restaurant.
