PurposeThe primary purpose of this role is to proactively work with key Automotive Dealerships within the state, to proactively build long-lasting relationships, to grow a profitable Angle Auto retail book.Core responsibilitiesManage and grow a portfolio of dealerships, achieving volume, penetration, and business targetsBuild strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders at all levelsConduct regular dealership visits, performance reviews, and strategy planningDeliver training, product knowledge sessions and support dealer staffIdentify new business opportunities and support dealers in maximising customer conversionsAnalyse portfolio performance, market trends, and competitive insights to drive outcomesWork collaboratively with internal teams including credit, settlements, operations and marketingEnsure compliance, governance and quality standards are upheldQualificationsTertiary qualified in Business, Commerce or Finance - desirable, but not essentialExperienceProven experience in dealer or business development management, ideally in financial services, automotive, or related industriesRelationship-building and influencing skillsComfortable working to targets and delivering commercial resultsConfident communicator with the ability to train, present and engage stakeholdersAnalytical thinker able to interpret data and apply insight to strategySelf-motivated, organised and able to work autonomously in the fieldA proactive mindset – someone who takes ownership and drives outcomesEmployee BenefitsBirthday leave: Enjoy a day off on your birthday,
