You will work closely with clients, stakeholders and project teams to drive safe, high-quality outcomes while maintaining control of programme, cost, contracts and commercial performance.This role will suit an experienced Senior Project Manager who enjoys being close to delivery, can confidently lead other Project Managers and brings structure and commercial discipline to complex project environments.Key Responsibilities:Lead the delivery of major urban development projects from planning through to completionTake ownership of project performance, including commercial, contractual, programme, safety and quality outcomesBuild strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, subcontractors and delivery partnersLead and support Project Managers,
