This role offers a genuine and structured pathway towards becoming a Project Manager in the future.
You will work closely with and be mentored by a Project Manager and Site Manager, gaining exposure to the full project lifecycle while taking on increasing responsibility.
Current projects sit within the Commercial / Industrial sector around the $10m construction value marker, but also include Hospitality,
Retail and Commercial offices and business spaces.RequirementsExperience working for a reputable construction contractorCurrently working as a Project Engineer, Senior Project Engineer, Junior Project Manager, or Contract Administrator with site-based experienceStrong understanding of commercial construction processes, programming, procurement, contracts, and project deliveryComfortable working closely with site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clientsAmbitious, organised, and keen to progress into a full Project Manager position in the futureWillingness to travel to project sites across South East QueenslandWhy ApplyClear and genuine pathway to Project ManagerWork on specialist and technically interesting construction projectsBrisbane head office with projects across South East QueenslandAccommodation and allowances provided when overnight travel is requiredJoin an established contractor offering long-term career development, training and support
