Senior Renewables Claims SpecialistSynergie Australia is seeking a Claims Service Consultant for a trusted client located in Sydney ****.Role OverviewYou'll be supporting a busy claims function, working closely with internal teams and customers to deliver accurate and timely outcomes.
This is a fast‐paced, stakeholder‐facing role where attention to detail and communication are key.ResponsibilitiesManaging inbound claims enquiries and providing timely resolutionsProcessing and reviewing claims in line with policies and proceduresLiaising with internal stakeholders, customers and third partiesMaintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance requirements are metInvestigating and resolving discrepancies or escalationsSupporting continuous improvement within claims processesDelivering strong customer service across all interactionsRequirementsHave previous experience in claims, customer service or a similar administrative roleDemonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracyBe confident working in a fast‐paced, high‐volume environmentHave excellent communication skills both written and verbalBe systems savvy with the ability to pick up new platforms quicklyShow a proactive and solutions‐focused approachSalary & BenefitsPay: $35 - $40 per hour + SuperHours: Monday - Friday | Rotating Roster - 7 daysSalary Package:
