Desired SkillsExperience in the development of large-scale python codebasesFamiliarity with the python ecosystem: both the standard library and popular open source libraries such as Flask, Requests, NumPy or PyTorchUnderstanding of software development best practices and architecture, particularly of web-hosted platforms composed of applications with underlying servicesAbility to provide, or desire to develop, leadership: either of technical direction or of teams of peopleDesire to learn new things and capability to do so quicklyDrive and enthusiasm to see projects through to completionBachelor's or Master's degree with a First or 2:1, preferably in a technical subject
