YourChoice Medical Care is seeking a dedicated Practice Nurse to join our healthcare team in Rouse Hill, NSW.
This is a part time position (Tuesdays and Thursdays) offering flexibility whilst delivering high-quality nursing care to our patients.
Additional shifts available and encouraged.
As a Practice Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting our medical practitioners and ensuring exceptional patient care across a range of general medical and surgical services.
Your expertise and compassionate approach will be integral to maintaining the excellent standards our patients expect from YourChoice Medical Care.Key responsibilitiesProviding direct patient care including wound dressing, blood pressure monitoring, and other clinical procedures as requiredAssisting doctors during consultations and minor surgical proceduresAdministering medications and immunisations in accordance with clinical protocols and patient requirementsRecording and maintaining accurate patient medical records and clinical documentationSupporting preventive health initiatives including health screening and patient educationTriaging patients and assessing their clinical needs upon arrivalMaintaining a clean,
