The role focuses on maintaining Halal integrity from paddock to plate while ensuring animal welfare and efficient processing in a quick-paced production line.You will operate and maintain slaughter equipment, follow strict GMP and SOPs, and work closely with a team to meet production targets in a rural WA setting.
