Freedom is looking for a CRM Campaign Coordinator to help deliver impactful customer communications across Australia and New Zealand.Working closely with the CRM & Loyalty Manager and wider Customer team, you'll coordinate and execute email, SMS and MMS campaigns, manage the promotional CRM calendar, collaborate with creative teams and support campaign performance reporting and optimisation.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and execute CRM campaigns across email, SMS and MMSManage the day-to-day promotional CRM calendarDevelop and coordinate creative briefs and campaign requirementsBuild, test, schedule and deploy campaigns with a high degree of accuracyMonitor campaign performance and provide reporting insightsEnsure all campaigns meet brand,



legal and compliance requirementsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver engaging customer communicationsAbout You1+ years' experience in a CRM, marketing or campaign coordination roleExperience executing marketing campaigns, including eDM, direct marketing and/or social campaignsStrong attention to detail and project management skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesCommercially minded with strong analytical skillsProactive, organised and able to manage multiple prioritiesPassion for marketing and customer experienceWhy Join Freedom?
