This is an ideal prospect for an experienced therapist who wants to work within a warm, premium boutique and contribute her knowledge and ideas as our skin services develop.ABOUT THE ROLEDeliver high-quality, results-focused facial and skin treatmentsConduct thorough skin consultationsDevelop personalised treatment and home-care plansBuild trusted, long-term relationships with clientsMaintain detailed consultation notes and treatment recordsFollow up with clients and monitor their progressRecommend suitable home care in a genuine, non-pushy wayContribute ideas as we refine our skin menu, protocols and client journeyShare your knowledge and help strengthen treatment standards within the teamPerform selected brow and lash treatments where trained and confidentABOUT YOUA Diploma of Beauty Therapy or equivalent recognised qualificationAdvanced skin or dermal qualifications, or further skin-specific education, highly regardedAt least three to five years' industry experienceStrong knowledge of skin conditions,



ingredients and treatment planningExperience delivering professional peels and advanced facial treatments within your qualificationsConfidence conducting in-depth consultations and recommending home careExcellent communication and client-care skillsConsistently high treatment, hygiene and presentation standardsA warm, grounded approach that helps clients feel comfortable and genuinely cared forInitiative and an interest in helping grow a boutique skin offeringExperience with Synergie Skin would be advantageous, but product and protocol training can be provided.ABOUT iBROWOur vision is to become one of the Gold Coast's most trusted boutique destinations for exceptional brows and personalised, results-driven skin treatments.
