The OpportunityWe are seeking dedicated and compassionate Casual Registered Nurses to join our team.In this rewarding role, you will provide high-quality clinical care in a calm, values-drivenenvironment where residents feel safe, supported, and respected.Working alongside a committed multidisciplinary team, you will play a key role in enhancing the health, wellbeing, and quality of life of our residents.Your Responsibilities:Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care in accordance with Aged Care Quality StandardsLead, mentor, and support Personal Care AssistantsComplete clinical assessments, care plans, and documentation accurately and efficientlyAdminister medications and treatments in line with legislation, policy, and best practiceMonitor resident health and respond promptly to changes in conditionCollaborate with residents, families, GPs, allied health professionals, and internal clinical teamsContribute to quality improvement, compliance, and resident safety initiativesFoster a calm, welcoming, and resident-centred environmentAbout You:To be successful in this role, you will have:Current AHPRA registration as a Registered NurseMinimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse in Aged CareStrong clinical assessment, critical thinking,
