South Melbourne Maxillofacial Surgery are seeking a friendly, proactive, highly motivated, confident, and committed Medical Receptionist to join our dedicated team.We are offering excellent salary, great hours, and engaging work for an experienced Medical Receptionist.You will be responsible for the day to day running of the practice and oversee the operational aspects of the clinic.
You will work alongside owner and surgeon Dr Lisa Crighton, an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, who has over 20 years' experience.
You will be part of a highly experienced and established team.
Together, you will provide exceptional patient-focused care during our patient's journey from consultation through to treatment.This position will be full-time (38 hours) over a 4-day working week, with a rostered day off.
Location of work will be in South Melbourne.Experience:Experience in dental, oral surgery or specialist medical reception is highly regardedStrong communication skills - written and verbalPossess excellent attention to detailAbility to work unsupervised and independentlyAn exceptional ability to stay organised and be able to prioritise tasksExperience as a medical receptionist in a clinic environmentExperience in Genie software preferred, but not essentialResponsibilities:Administration duties, including but not limited to:Email and phone call managementDiary management including consults,
