Contracts Administrator – Major Loss Commercial & StrataNthStar Constructions | Underwood, QLDAbout the OpportunityNthStar Constructions is seeking an experienced and highly organised Contracts Administrator to join our Major Loss & Strata Division, based at our Underwood Head Office.Working across complex insurance reinstatement, major loss and strata construction projects, you will play a key role in supporting Project Managers with contract administration, financial management, cost reporting and project coordination.This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is commercially minded, detail-oriented and confident managing multiple projects in a fast-paced construction environment.The RoleReporting to the Project Manager / Major Loss Manager, you will support the commercial and contractual management of projects, ensuring cost, time, quality and compliance objectives are achieved.Key ResponsibilitiesContract Administration & Project CoordinationAdminister subcontracts, supplier agreements and consultant documentation.Maintain project registers, including variations, EOTs, delays, procurement and non-conformances.Coordinate project documentation, drawings, specifications and consultant reports.Assist with project meetings, reporting, action items and programme coordination.Support Project Managers with contract compliance and project deliverables.Financial & Commercial ManagementMonitor project costs, budgets, forecasts and expenditure.Prepare and maintain financial reports, cashflow forecasts and cost-to-complete assessments.Track variations, contingencies, trade reserves and subcontractor commitments.Identify cost variances and provide timely reporting to Project Managers.Assist with progress claims, insurance claims and financial close-out.Quality & ComplianceSupport project quality management processes, inspections and documentation.Ensure subcontractor insurances and contractual requirements are maintained.Assist with project audits, compliance requirements and internal reporting.Maintain accurate,
