About the Role
As a Home Care Support Worker, you will provide practical, social and personal support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity and quality of life.
This is a community-based role where no two days are the same.
You will be part of a team that values connection, reliability and making a real difference.
Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care including showering, dressing, grooming and toiletingAssist with domestic support such as cleaning, laundry and meal preparationSupport community access including appointments, shopping and social outingsDeliver companionship and emotional supportPromote independence, choice and dignityObserve and report changes in client wellbeingMaintain accurate documentation and communication with the care team
About You
Passionate about supporting older people to live well at homeReliable,

Essential Requirements
Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care, Home & Community or equivalent)Current First Aid and CPRNational Police Check (or willingness to obtain)Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicleSmartphone for rostering and communication systems
