What You'll Be Doing
Making outbound calls to prospective clients
Identifying and qualifying recent business opportunities
Booking appointments for our Business Development and Sustainability Consultants
Building relationships with developers, architects, builders, and industry stakeholders
Maintaining accurate records within our CRM system




Following up leads and nurturing prospective clients
Supporting marketing campaigns and business growth initiatives
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence speaking with business professionals over the phone
Positive attitude and professional presentation
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Previous experience in appointment setting, sales, customer service, telemarketing, or business development is highly regarded
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
