We're looking for a great barista who's ready for something more.
Doughboys is a busy sourdough bagel, doughnut and coffee shop in Melbourne CBD, and we're looking for someone with personality, initiative and a genuine love of hospitality to help lead our front-of-house team.
This isn't a traditional café management position, and we're not looking for someone who just wants to make hundreds of coffees a day.
We're looking for someone who enjoys the whole experience of hospitality.
Great coffee, great food, connecting with customers and being part of a team that takes pride in what it does.
You'll be hands-on in the shop, with the opportunity to take on more responsibility and grow into a management role.

Making consistently excellent coffee
Creating a welcoming, friendly experience for our customers
Helping lead and support our front-of-house team
Keeping daily operations running smoothly
Maintaining high standards across service, presentation and cleanliness
Bringing ideas, initiative and positive energy to the business
About you
You have café experience and can confidently make great coffee
You're naturally friendly, confident and outgoing
You enjoy working with people and creating genuine connections
You're organised, reliable and comfortable taking responsibility
You have natural leadership qualities, even if you haven't held a management position before
You enjoy working with people from different cultures and backgrounds
Speaking multiple languages is highly valued
particularly in our diverse, multicultural team
You're excited about developing your skills and growing with a business
