Xcel Group is establishing a new commercial joinery facility in Western Sydney and seeks a senior Joinery Workshop Manager to own and build the operation from the ground up.
You will oversee from estimating and shop drawings through CNC production, workshop management and project delivery.
The role requires robust commercial joinery experience, access to CAD/CAM tools, and proven leadership in a busy production environment.
