We are seeking a reliable and motivated Wardsperson to join our team at Ramsay Clinic Caloundra on a casual basis.In this hands-on role, you'll play an important part in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic, assisting with safe patient transportation, movement of equipment and general support across clinical areas.Working closely with nursing staff and the wider healthcare team, you'll help maintain a safe, organised and welcoming environment while ensuring patients receive compassionate and respectful care.About YouYou are a dependable and proactive team player who enjoys working in a busy healthcare environment.
You'll bring excellent communication skills, strong time management and a genuine commitment to supporting patients and clinical staff.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with the safe transportation and movement of patients throughout the clinicSupport nursing and clinical staff with patient transfers and mobility assistance as directedTransport medical equipment, supplies and other items between departmentsAssist with the preparation and organisation of clinical and procedural areas, including operating room environments where applicableEnsure patient transportation equipment is clean, safe and ready for useRespond promptly to requests for assistance from clinical staffFollow secure manual handling practices and infection prevention proceduresMaintain patient privacy, dignity and comfort during all interactionsCommunicate effectively with nursing staff, patients and the wider healthcare teamSupport general ward and clinical operations as requiredYou Will Also BringA high level of reliability,
