You will operate fish processing machinery, set up at the beginning of each shift, and monitor output to ensure quality and efficiency.You must maintain HACCP/GMP hygiene standards, keep production records, and report any faults promptly.
The role demands teamwork, solid fitness, and compliance with WH&S; protocols in a wet, cold seafood environment.
