Earthworks Superintendent driving efficiency and safely delivering civil & bulk earthworks and road construction projects in remote locations.19th October, ****Join the Exact team in this key project leadership role as an Earthworks Superintendent.You will play a key role in helping deliver road construction, civil, water infrastructure, agricultural and mining projects in remote NT.You will be responsible for ensuring project activities are performed safely, on budget and on schedule.The successful candidate will be expected to work a FIFO roster, doing 14 days on, 7 days off.Role responsibilities include:Leading & maintaining a solid safety cultureDriving operational efficiency, productivity and achieving schedulesHaving an 'on the ground' presence and providing guidance and feedback to the teams and individualsMaintaining and adhering to the projects schedule of activitiesEnsuring all contractual and KPI requirements are understood, delivered and reported onLiaising with the Project Leadership Team to meet objectivesDeveloping and implementing initiatives to improve efficiency,
