Downer is inviting applications to join our permanent workforce in Townsville for a Property & Asset Services Manager role.
You will lead PAS services across Defence bases/regions, ensuring contract compliance, budgeting and stakeholder engagement to deliver high-quality outcomes.The role requires a Diploma/degree in facilities or related fields, leadership experience in FM, and the ability to obtain an AGSFA clearance.
A solid track record in Defence or large-scale FM is highly valued.
