This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate aquatics professional to make a meaningful impact in the lives of swimmers of all ages and abilities.About the RoleAs a Casual Learn to Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons in a safe, supportive, and engaging environment.
You will play a vital role in developing the aquatic skills and water confidence of our participants, helping them achieve their personal swimming goals.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver structured swimming lessons tailored to the needs and abilities of individual participantsProvide clear, constructive, and encouraging feedback to students to support their progressionMaintain a safe and supervised aquatic environment at all timesMonitor and assess student progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date recordsCommunicate effectively with parents, guardians, and participants regarding lesson progress and goalsAdhere to all relevant aquatic safety standards, policies, and proceduresContribute positively to the overall team culture and facility environmentAbout YouThe ideal candidate will be a motivated and reliable individual with a genuine passion for aquatics and education.
