We are seeking an experienced RAC Billing Officer / Finance Officer with a keen interest in Residential Aged Care billing to join a supportive finance team.
This is a fantastic prospect for someone who understands the complexities of resident accounts, government funding processes, and Refundable Accommodation Deposits (RADs) to join an organisation which truly values its team-members.
About the RoleYou will be responsible for the administration of resident financial accounts across the aged care portfolio, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service to residents, families, and internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:Managing resident billing, account maintenance, and financial recordsProcessing admissions, discharges, account adjustments, and refundsAdministering RADs, bonds, direct debits, and accommodation paymentsMaintaining and reconciling the RAD/Bond RegisterPreparing monthly RAD reporting and supporting compliance requirementsResponding to resident, family, and stakeholder enquiriesCompleting reconciliations and resolving account discrepanciesSupporting month-end processes, reporting,
