Key responsibilities
Plan and coordinate weekend transport schedules, routes and vehicle allocations
Ensure pickups, deliveries and transport services operate on time
Respond to last-minute booking changes, delays and urgent transport requests
Track airfreight bookings
Coordinate additional transport requirements when needed
Allocate jobs and routes to drivers
Communicate daily instructions, route changes and operational updates
Communicate closely with customers
