What you'll be doing
Creating and posting job advertisements on SEEK and other platforms
Reviewing applications and shortlisting potential candidates
Contacting applicants and having initial conversations over the phone
Scheduling and helping conduct first-round interviews
Following up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Finding and approaching potential candidates through LinkedIn
Supporting recruitment content across social media
Keeping candidate records and recruitment tracking up to date
Working closely with our leadership team to understand hiring needs
