We are seeking a Client Manager / Broker Support Officer to join our team.
In this role, you will provide essential support to our brokers and ensure a smooth experience for our clients.
The role will be based in our office in Cotton Tree.
Key responsibilities
Preparing and submitting applications through Apply Online
Supporting a team of 2–4 brokers
Understanding the lending process from submission through to settlement
Understanding government grants and first home buyer initiatives
Working in a quick-paced broker environment
Completing regular reviews for our clients
Completing ongoing maintenance for our clients such as assisting with Loan Discharges, etc.
About you
Strong experience in a similar mortgage support / admin role (mortgage broking or bank)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
A commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences
