* Team culture at the forefront of the company ethos, This is a great opportunity for an Occupational Therapist who enjoys paediatrics, adults or aged care, hybrid of clinic and community, You will support a developing caseload across the Wollongong and Illawarra region, with referrals already coming through.
The role will be a mix of community-based work, client homes, office-based sessions and clinical intervention where required.
There is flexibility to tailor the caseload around your interests, including paediatrics, adolescents, adults, aged care, home modifications, AT tech and community-based therapy.
About the Candidate
* Occupational Therapist with AHPRA registration
* Ideally 2-3+ years of experience
* Experience within mixed caseloads is highly desired
* Comfortable working independently in the community
* Strong communication and report-writing skills
* Current driver's licence




This role would suit an OT who wants flexibility, support and the chance to be part of a growing allied health team without heavy KPI pressure.
* $80,000 - $120,000 + super, depending on experience
* Part-time role (3 days) with prospect to increase to full-time
* Non-rigid KPI expectations, with report writing included
* Admin support for bookings, invoicing and client coordination
* Support from experienced OTs and nurses already on board
* Access to office space, clinical rooms, training rooms and work vehicles
* Supportive owner and leadership team
* Growing service with a genuine opportunity to shape the role
* Company car for community work
* Paediatric space, including 3 therapy rooms with a sensory jungle gym
* 16 staff members at the office space and growing
The role is not KPI-heavy, with a strong focus on quality care, flexibility and building the right team slowly.
