We're looking for an experienced Cook skilled in Chinese cuisine to join our busy Cantonese BBQ restaurant in Chatswood.
You'll prepare a variety of Chinese dishes, maintain kitchen standards, and work efficiently in a fast‐paced environment.
Key responsibilities
Prepare and cook Chinese BBQ, stir‐fries, soups, and traditional dishes
Maintain food safety and kitchen cleanliness
Assist with stock control and kitchen coordination
About you
Formal qualifications (Certificate III or IV)
At least 1 year relevant experience in a Chinese restaurant
Robust knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques
Able to work under pressure and follow recipes
Reliable, organised, and a good team player
