The Dentists Cairns Dental Group is expanding, and we're looking for a dedicated Dental Receptionist to join our friendly, qualified team in Westcourt.

Key responsibilities
Welcoming patients and managing front desk operations
Handling payments (EFTPOS, HICAPS, Medicare, DVA, etc.)
Scheduling appointments and managing patient enquiries (phone, SMS, and email)
Supporting the clinical team with administrative and compliance tasks
Ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and infection control are maintained
About you
Experience in a dental or medical reception role is an advantage, but not essential
A professional, friendly, and patient-first attitude




Strong communication and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong computer and administrative skills (experience with EFTPOS, HICAPS, Medicare & DVA preferred)
An understanding of infection control and hygiene standards
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing environments
