Mobile Phone Repair Technician & Telecommunications Sales Consultant
Phone Top is seeking an experienced Mobile Phone Repair Technician & Telecommunications Sales Consultant to join our team.
This role combines hands-on technical repair work with customer-facing sales responsibilities across mobile devices, telecommunications services, NBN broadband, and energy connections.
Key responsibilities
Perform mobile phone repairs, including screen and battery replacements, diagnostics and basic troubleshooting
Sell mobile phones, accessories, prepaid and postpaid mobile plans
Assist customers with SIM card activations, mobile number transfers and telecommunications services
Promote and arrange NBN broadband, electricity and gas connections
Manage daily retail operations, POS transactions, stock and customer enquiries
Work independently and achieve store sales targets and KPIs
Maintain a professional, reliable and customer-focused working environment
About you
Minimum 1 year of professional hands-on mobile phone repair experience
Must be confident performing screen and battery replacements independently
Previous experience in mobile phone retail sales and SIM card activations
Strong English communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently, manage daily responsibilities and achieve sales targets
Reliable, punctual, responsible and detail-oriented




Availability to work rostered weekends
Valid working rights in Australia
Experience with NBN broadband sales and connections (highly regarded)
Experience with electricity and gas sales or connection services (highly regarded)
