Community Housing Limited in South Kempsey, NSW, is seeking a Housing Officer to support customers to sustain tenancies while delivering high-quality tenancy and property management services.
You will manage sign-ups, condition reports and inspections, coordinate maintenance with our Asset Management team, and ensure accurate records and compliance.
You will build relationships with customers, government bodies and support agencies, manage arrears, and participate in tribunals when required.
