H1 Healthcare is currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RN) for casual agency shifts across Residential Aged Care Facilities throughout the Sunshine Coast region.

About the Role
Registered Nurse (RN) Duties
Medication administration
Clinical assessments and care planning
Wound assessment and management
Clinical documentation and incident reporting
Leadership and supervision of care staff
Delivery of protected, person-centred care in accordance with AHPRA standards and facility policies
Assistance with mobility and manual handling
Feeding and hydration support
Monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition
Documentation in line with facility requirements
Supporting residents with dignity, respect, and person-centred care

Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 6-12 months recent aged care experience preferred
All Applicants Must Have
Current National Police Check
Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card) or willingness to obtain
Current Working With Children Check (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain if required by facility
Current CPR Certificate
Current First Aid Certificate
Full Australian working rights
Reliable transport
Availability for casual, ad-hoc, and short-notice shifts
Two recent professional clinical referees
