Established in ****, we have built a strong reputation for quality workmanship, reliability and service across the region.
We are looking for anexperienced and motivated Estimatorto join our growing team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in construction who enjoys working with clients, preparing accurate quotes and tenders, and helping bring projects together from the initial enquiry through to completion.
If you're organised, have a good eye for detail and enjoy working in a rapid-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
Attend site inspections and assess project requirements.
Prepare accurate quotations, cost estimates and tender submissions.
Review construction plans, specifications and project documentation.
Calculate labour, equipment and material requirements.
Liaise with clients, contractors and suppliers to clarify project details.
Source pricing and obtain supplier and subcontractor quotes.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are accurately priced and planned.
Manage estimating deadlines and follow up on submitted quotations.
Identify potential project risks,



costs and opportunities.
Maintain accurate estimating records and documentation.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in demolition, concrete cutting, construction or asbestos removal.
Experience in estimating and quoting construction works.
The ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Confidence communicating with clients, contractors and suppliers.
Computer literacy, with experience using estimating software highly regarded.
A current driver's licence.
A current White Card.
