What you'll do:
As aTeam Leader, Counselling, you will lead the delivery of high-quality therapeutic services to individuals, couples and families, while supporting and developing a team of counsellors for theNorthern Beaches and Northern Sydneyregion.
This role combines hands‐on clinical work with leadership, offering the chance to influence practice, mentor clinicians and drive strong client outcomes.
In this role, you will:
Deliver evidence‐based counselling to individuals, couples and families to improve relationships, communication and wellbeing
Work with complex client presentations, including domestic and family violence, mental health and child safety concerns
Apply afamily systems approach, integrating a range of therapeutic models
Provideclinical supervision,



coaching and trainingto a team of counsellors
The Details:
Permanent Contract
Full time(working 5 days a week)
Location:Macquarie Park & Dee Why sites
Salary:Approx$60-$62 per hour+ 12% super +17.5% leave loading and tax‐free salary packaging up to $15,900.

What You'll Bring
Relevant tertiary qualifications insocial work, psychology or a related discipline
Significant experience in counselling (minimum5 years full‐timeor equivalent clinical hours)
Demonstrated experience inclinical supervision, coaching and team leadership
Strong capability intrauma‐informed practiceand working with individuals, couples and families
