About Us
MACSEYE is committed to providing high-quality early learning and Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) programs across the Melbourne Catholic Archdiocese. Our approach focuses on holistic development - supporting children's wellbeing, identity, learning, and sense of belonging within their communities.
At MACSEYE - Springvale, you'll work in a child-led, collaborative environment where your contribution truly matters.
As a child safe organisation,
MACSEYE prioritises the safety, wellbeing and protection of children in our care. We require applicants to undergo relevant child safety screening prior to appointment and for all employees to adhere with our child safe practices.
We welcome applications from people from all ages, genders, cultural and linguistic backgrounds, religious beliefs, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, and people with disabilities.
At MACSEYE we don't use AI to screen applications or conduct interviews. We ask that you don't use AI tools during the recruitment process, either in screening or interviews, as we want to get to know the real you.
