You will shape our client's global legal strategy, manage risks, and ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
You will lead contract negotiations, oversee review and renewal globally, contribute to data protection programs, manage IP/trademark portfolios, and support M&A; and other corporate matters across functions.
