Australia Zoo is seeking a Guest Experience Supervisor to lead our Guest Experience team in delivering outstanding service across daily operations.
In this full time role you will greet visitors, supervise staff, and ensure the highest standards of customer care during shows and events.
You will handle POS transactions, assist with day sheets, stock deliveries, and maintain clean, safe guest areas.
Weekend, public holiday, and school holiday availability is essential.
