Bangalow Hotel in Byron Bay is seeking a Duty & Assistant Manager to lead day-to-day operations and support the Licensee and Group Operations Manager.
This role requires hands-on leadership and a commitment to guest service.
You will oversee staff training, rostering, OH&S;, and venue opening/closing, with night and weekend shifts.
This is a progression chance within a multi-site company for the right candidate.
