Part time Cosmetic & GP Clinic Receptionist /Concierge
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and professionalPart-Time Clinic Receptionist to join our team while our receptionist is on maternity leave.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking forregular, reliable part-time hourswithin a beautiful, professional cosmetic/GP clinic.
The position will be spread across2–3 days per week, with shifts generally running from8:45am to 5:15pm.
While the position is initially being recruited to provide maternity leave cover, there will be ongoing permanent part-time employment opportunity.
The successful applicant will commencetraining at the start of November ****, allowing time to become familiar with our clinic, systems, procedures and the high level of patient care we provide.
Hours during the training period may be adjusted as you become familiar and confident with the role.
Previous experience inreception, administration, medical, cosmetic, beauty, or customer servicewould be highly regarded.
A thorough handover and training period will be provided to ensure you feel comfortable and confident in all aspects of the position.
Key responsibilities
Welcoming and assisting patients
Managing the Concierge desk
Answering phones and returning calls
Responding to texts and software messages
Managing emails




Assisting with appointments and bookings
Assisting with EFTPOS and payments
Preparing patients for treatments
About you
Reliable, punctual and consistent
Warm, friendly and welcoming
Professional and well-presented
Organised and highly attentive to detail
Confident communicating with patients
Comfortable answering phones and responding to messages
Computer literate and able to learn new systems
Able to work independently and use initiative
Calm and capable in a busy environment
Previous experience in reception, administration, medical, cosmetic, beauty, or customer service would be highly regarded
