We are seeking aClient Services Managerto oversee cleaning operations across key client sites in theRockhampton region,with an immediate start available.

About the Role
This is a mobile, on-the-road role where you'll be the key contact for clients and frontline teams across a variety of sites, including council facilities, offices, medical centres and schools.
Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for supporting service delivery, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring our teams consistently deliver high-quality cleaning services.
You will use your administrative and technical skills alongside a proactive and personable approach to manage day-to-day operations.
Full training will be provided in our cleaning operations, quality standards, products, procedures and compliance requirements.
You will also have the opportunity to grow your portfolio by identifying and promoting additional services such as carpet cleaning, pressure washing and external window cleaning.
Key Responsibilities
Travel between client sites daily - company vehicle provided
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, staff, and contractors
Conduct regular site inspections, audits and client check-ins
Monitor service quality and ensure client expectations are met
Proactively resolve client issues and identify opportunities for improvement
Coach, support and communicate effectively with frontline cleaning teams




Use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint for communication, reporting and administration
Learn and use internal systems for timesheets, invoicing and costing
Assist with stock control and equipment ordering
Ensure compliance with CMBM procedures, quality standards and client requirements
Identify and promote opportunities for additional services and account growth
What You'll Bring
Previous experience in the Cleaning or similar industry
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Confidence in building and maintaining client relationships
Strong administration and computer skills, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability and willingness to learn recent systems and processes, including SharePoint and internal software
A proactive, can-do attitude with a strong focus on achieving results
Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites and priorities
Confidence identifying sales opportunities and promoting additional services
A willingness to learn the operational side of the cleaning and facilities industry
A current QLD Driver Licence – essential
A current Blue Card or willingness to obtain one – essential
A current Police Check or willingness to obtain one
