About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Speech Pathologist to join our growing multidisciplinary team in a full time capacity.
Based in Alice Springs, this role offers a unique opportunity to work across a diverse caseload while contributing to the development of a high-quality speech pathology service.




You will also have the opportunity to travel to remote communities across the Northern Territory, including iconic locations such as Uluru.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
Develop and implement evidence-based therapy plans
Provide individual and group therapy across all age groups
Manage a varied caseload including communication and swallowing disorders
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Contribute to the development and growth of speech pathology services
Participate in community engagement, outreach, and education initiatives
About You:
Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
Eligible for membership with Speech Pathology Australia
Minimum 2 years' experience preferred (new graduates encouraged to apply)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sound clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities
Passion for delivering person-centred, evidence-based care
Willingness to travel to remote communities
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
